Support My Website – Convenient!

How I keep GuideForSeniors running smoothly

We all need help. OK, I really need help. It takes more fingers and toes than I have to count the number of times my website has gone down. I can not even tell you why. What to do? I call Support My Website and poof, it is back online.

This is great but I can not tell you the amount of frustration, time, and yes, the money I have had to pay to get my website running efficiently every day. It is not supposed to be this difficult.

Just like everyone else, I figured I pay for the original site and then turn it on. Zap, there it is and there it stays till I decide otherwise. Wrong. There it is and there it stays until someone messes with my site or until I upgrade a plugin. Then, zap, down it goes and we have to start all over again.

I just do not have the technical expertise to take care of the upgrades myself. I have started calling my developer every time I need to upgrade anything as I know the site will go down when I “push the button.”

Better to have him do it and fix the problems immediately rather than take care of it myself and then have to wait for the problems to be addressed when I can be fit it into his schedule. More money!

However, I found a solution. Supportmy.website. Now I have a fixed cost every month. What the heck, I was paying for it anyway. I checked into the “developers” and their reputation is good. It appears that they can do what they say they will do. Altogether the individuals who work there have many years of experience between them.

I checked other sites that they have and was impressed with everything I read. I even checked out some of the clients they have listed on their website. Maybe I am going too far. However, I just want to be sure that all of this will not fall back into my lap plus have to pay someone for work that I have to do.

How did I do that? A testimonial on the website lists another website. I went to that website and there is a list of clients they have serviced. Then I had the audacity to actually call them. The testimonials were glowing. That works for me. Besides, I liked the colors of the website.

I do not need everything that the website, Support My Website, offers but my time is valuable. At least to me, that is. As long as my site works and I know the cost and they take care of it, I will be very happy.

Without our site, we are “dead in the water.” I am sure there are others out there just like me. I doubt they would have gone to all that trouble to check out the developers but I have had enough of promises, promises.

One thing I can assure you is that if they do not perform you will be the first to hear about it! Go GuideForSeniors.com!
